During her career, she has raised and managed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions and $500 million in capital for various projects. Her philanthropic efforts focus on children's education, renewable energy and housing in emerging countries.

Lita-Nadine Quetnick has been in real estate for more than 30 years. She is a Principal in JENS Corporation and has been a board member for decades. During her tenure, she has managed, sold, and purchased multiple dozen properties, which required a thorough understanding of complex trading and reverse trading practices.

She has also purchased and sold residential and commercial properties and helped facilitate complex trade transactions. She offers in-depth expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including those involving big-box double net and triple net properties.
